Presentation

Specialist in nephrology and head of the department at Iris Sud Hospitals, I put more than 15 years' experience in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease.
Trained at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have developed in-depth expertise in the management of kidney function disorders, from renal failure to complications linked to diabetes or hypertension.
My approach combines medical rigour with the attention paid to each patient, with the aim of guaranteeing specialised, accessible and humane care.

Areas of expertise

  • Chronic renal failure
Overall monitoring of patients with impaired kidney function, with particular attention paid to each stage of the disease, in order to slow its progression and optimise quality of life.
  • Dialysis and renal transplantation
Specialised care for people suffering from end-stage renal failure, including preparation for dialysis (haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis) and support on the road to a kidney transplant.
  • Autoimmune kidney diseases
Assessment and treatment of kidney diseases of immunological origin, such as lupus, glomerulonephritis and vasculitis, with a targeted, up-to-date approach.
  • Kidney stones
Complete assessment to identify the causes of urinary lithiasis and implementation of personalised preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Complex hypertension
Medical management of hypertension that is difficult to control, particularly when it is secondary to kidney damage or coexists with other cardiovascular risk factors.
